There will come a time in everyone's life when something will cause you to take a deep look at yourself. Often times, it's not a good feeling because we are either scared to accept what we find or we don't want to correct what needs to be fixed. But how long are you willing to continue doing what YOU know needs to be fixed or addressed?

Have you been wanting to lose those pesky 20 pounds? Why don't you get up and workout or take the stairs instead of the elevator? Want a little extra spending money? Work a few extra hours or cut back on unnecessary items. Do you absolutely hate cleaning the house? Don't wait until it gets overwhelming to start. Do one room at a time or a little each day.
I know! I know! That hard look in the mirror can be daunting and a bit scary. But when the cause AND cure is you, a mirror can be your best friend!
