So the past few months have been emotionally weird for me. One of those things where you seem absolutely fine on the outside but on the inside, things just aren’t right. I found myself asking if God was still even listening to me. One day, as I was driving to work, my desire to own a Tesla stirred up in my belly again. Boldly, I loudly said, “Ok God, if you want me to have a Tesla, go ahead and send it! I’m ready! And God, if you want to throw your weight around, send me a nice pearl white one!” Y’all! Before I could finish my sentence, a pearl white Tesla pulled up beside me at the light! I was shook! It sparked not only an emotional excitement but also a spiritual excitement.
I made it to work and told one of my coworkers about it. We laughed and had a good chat and went on about our day. As the night came to an end, we both clocked out and headed outside to catch the employee bus. Suddenly, my coworker said, “Dani, Dani, LOOK!” Sitting right at the door was a pearl white Tesla! All I could say was THANK YOU GOD!
You see, these Tesla sightings was a reminder that God is still with me and He hears me. It was a reminder that in due time, my prayers will be answered. Sometimes, all you need is a sign or a little reassurance in life. Well, that day, I got it twice!
Look for God in everything you do, see, and say. Seek Him and you will find Him. Call out to Him and He will answer. God isn’t just in the bible or in church. He’s everywhere you are! And in a few months, when you see me rolling, just know God will be with me too…in the front seat of my pearl white Tesla!
